    • The main purpose of data collection is the smooth functioning of the online store, as well as the process of e-commerce through it on the basis of the Law on Electronic Commerce (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 41/2009, 95/2013 and 52/2019), all with the safety and security of its users.
    • The collected data are used in accordance with good business practices, the Law on Personal Data Protection (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 87/2018), as well as in accordance with other bylaws related to this area, DAMAR CONFIT D.O.O. undertakes to store the collected data in accordance with all of the above.
    • State authorities may exercise the right to use data on the basis of the law and/or a decision of a judicial authority.
    • The data is necessary in order to register and make a purchase in our online store, and if there is no need for this, leaving the data is not mandatory.
    • The user of the online store may at any time withdraw consent to the collection, processing and use of data, which will be discussed in more detail below.

Data collection

For a successful order through our online store, we need your name and surname, address, e-mail address and contact phone. With the help of this information, we will be able to confirm your order, inform you about the current status of the order, as well as deliver the desired goods to you. Registration or registration on our online store implies the user’s consent to receive e-mails, SMS and other notifications from the same.

Data storage and updating

The collected data will not be retained by the online store for longer than is necessary to achieve its primary and sole purpose. If there is a legal justification or legal obligation, the collected data may be retained for a longer period of time until this obligation is fulfilled. Security of collected data

We implement state-of-the-art organizational, personnel and technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access in order to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of customers’ personal data.

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, as the most modern cryptographic technology at the moment.

The security of data during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Raiffeisen Bank Belgrade, so the complete payment process is done on the bank’s website. At no time is the payment card information available to our system.

Access to data

Data may be entered, accessed and processed only by persons authorized for such activities. Access to data entered manually and stored on paper is granted only to persons authorized to access such data. All employees are responsible for complying with the principles of privacy protection in accordance with the above-mentioned law and all its bylaws. The user understands and agrees with the fact that the security integrity and privacy of his data cannot be 100% guaranteed.

“Cookies”

In addition to the above data, the online store collects, analyzes and processes data on the products that our visitors are looking for and buying, as well as on the pages they visit, and for this purpose cookies are used, i.e. the so-called “cookies” that allow insight into such information.

A “cookie” is a unique text file that is stored on each user’s hard drive by a web server and can only be read by a web server in the domain that sent them to the customer. “Cookies” cannot be used to run a program or to deliver a virus to a computer or other device used by the customer.

The purpose of the “cookie” is to make the search easier for the user and save his time, while making the purchase simpler and more comfortable.
